All packages include a minimum of 10 smashables (bottles, plates, and similar throwables) plus a variety of other items such as printers, monitors, TVs, and kettles. Exactly what lands in your session depends on stock availability, but the venue works to ensure there's enough variety to keep things interesting. If there's something specific you'd like to smash, you can email the venue ahead of time with a list of items and they'll do their best to accommodate. Sessions run for 30 minutes inside the room, with an additional 15 minutes beforehand covering prep, briefing, and getting kitted out. All safety gear is provided and must be worn throughout. Overalls are optional if you're wearing full-length trousers and long sleeves.

Closed-toe shoes are non-negotiable (open-toe shoes of any kind are not permitted). Beyond that, comfortable clothing that covers your arms and legs is recommended. If you're not wearing full-length trousers and long sleeves, overalls will be provided. All other protective equipment (helmets, gloves, and face shields) is supplied by the venue.
