Introduction
Go Rage is Birmingham's dedicated destruction venue, set inside a former DSS building on Church Walk in the B8 area of the city. It's an atmospheric setting for what they do; and what they do is give you a room full of breakables, a selection of weapons, and the freedom to work through whatever's been building up. What sets Go Rage apart from a standard one-size-fits-all experience is their themed room concept: rather than just pointing you at a pile of items in a single room, they've designed rooms around different emotional occasions. Got a break-up to process? There's a room for that. Just need to vent with no particular reason? There's one for that too.

What can you smash?
Go Rage currently offers two themed rooms, each with a different flavour. The Ex-Terminator Room: Shattered Love is built around post-heartbreak energy. Think bottles, plates, and items that represent the things you'd rather forget. The Meltdown Room: Unleash the Fury is the all-purpose venting option; a step up in intensity, with both breakables and electronics available to destroy (subject to availability). Both rooms offer the option to bring a photo to be printed onto a plate or bottle.
What to wear?
Closed-toe shoes (specifically trainers or boots) are required for entry, and this is one footwear rule the venue does not make exceptions for. Unlike most venues, Go Rage does not provide footwear, so arriving in the right shoes is entirely on the visitor. Everything else in terms of safety equipment, including helmets and gloves, is provided on arrival and fitted by staff before you enter the room.
