Rage Rooms Leamington Spa opened in July 2024 as Leamington and Warwick's first-ever rage room, and has since expanded to include a brand-new Splatter Room for those who prefer their catharsis in colour rather than shattered glass. The venue works with local mental health organisations and charities, and there's an on-site emotional freedom specialist available if things come up during a session. Around 450 people come through the doors each month. Sessions are capped at 10 or 20 minutes depending on group size, deliberately timed to match the body's dopamine and adrenaline response. Two people maximum in the room at a time, with larger groups rotating through. It's appointment-only, private, and intimate by design. And every single item smashed here was destined for landfill.
